Folk's Foto's is amazing! Laurie bent over backwards to help capture our special day...I'm amazed at how she managed to seemingly float through our wedding and get as many pictures as she did! She worked incredibly well under pressure, time constraints, and a large attendance of guests in the middle of our outdoor venue in the blazing hot July heat & sun. A Few Words About me
Being a bride myself 7 years ago I still remember all the important planning and the importance of all the vendors and especially my photographer.
Weddings can add up real quick and I make sure to offer different weddings packages that all can afford so that you can have the memories of your special day. I have had a love of the camera from high school on. I took many photography classes in high school and wanted to go to college and pursue my dreams but became a teen parent my junior year of high school and put photography on the side burner to raise my daughter but never put my camera down! When my daughter was 8 I met a wonderful man who now is my amazing supportive husband that was the one that told me I should go back and pursue my dreams of being a photographer and now 8 years later, many night classes and 2 studios built by my husband, one for my client meeting area and one for all my portrait taking I am capturing the special moments of everyone's lives and doing what I love every day.
My Studio
When designing Folk Foto’s studio I wanted my studio to not only feel welcoming but for families coming to get their pictures taken to feel comfortable , at home and that that all that visited left having fun!
